Meet Jeff Sykes, Holistic Personal Trainer

“My favorite part of training is when a client gets an “AHA” moment. I see the light bulb beaming out of the crown of the head, and for me that’s what The L Trainer is about. It’s about learning and exploring new forms of movement that activate the innate wisdom within our bodies, so we feel amazing.

What do you do for your own Fitness?

As a professional dancer, I  dance everyday-  whether that is ballet, modern, jazz or simply dance party in my apartment. I love doing a yoga flow, kettlebell work and swimming. I am always up for mindful movement & outdoor training!

🥥What is your favorite post workout snack/meal?

I love a good smoothie. My go-to lately has been hemp, chia seeds with blueberries and almond milk. Also, sweet potatoes (FUN FACT: my nickname at home is Spud 😂)

What is your current fitness goal?

To become faster. I want to be able to work with ease but at a quicker tempo. I am currently 2 months out from an injury- so I am working on my fast-twitch muscle fibers to become fast like the Flash!
