The ancient yogis say that you are only as old as your spine…

Our goal is to teach you how to keep the life-force coming on strong for a long time. So it is imperative that we start at the very beginning- your LITERAL TRUNK OF LIFE, your amazing spine.

The amazing 24 movable bones (vertebra) that make up your spine impact how you live your life.

We must preserve the ability of our spine to be:

Nimble, yet strong,

Supple, yet supportive,

Bendy, BUT activated.

In this beautiful dance that is spinal health, we will observe from a holistic view how different movements, postures (holding patterns), and practices impact the health of our spine.

  1. Reach & Receive: The upper spine

  2. Lengthen& Twist: The mid spine

  3. Support & Creation: The lower spine

In each Tuesday morning class we will touch on anatomy, postures, and movements that affect our spine and build strength, flexibility, and good alignment for a healthy spine and healthy life.
